Do you remember being in school and having a group project? Unless you got stuck with the lazy kid, they normally were fun. Everyone had different ideas, brought different perspectives and every person had their own strengths.
Often people have great ideas but can't get past the first step. They overthink, they over complicate. My job is to unscramble your brain and come up with a game plan. Often I reel clients back in because they get too far ahead of themselves. You have to crawl before you walk. Life isn't a sprint, it is a marathon and with the right COACH we will definitely make it to the finish line!
